This notice covers information handled by Vzno and APEX RETAIL PTY LTD during browsing, checkout, delivery, product support, returns, and privacy requests.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Device Information can include IP address, browser type, operating system, time zone, device identifiers, referral source, page activity, and records created by Cookies or similar technologies.
Order Information can include name, billing address, shipping address, contact details, selected products, payment information, transaction status, delivery events, return history, messages, and photographs voluntarily provided to support a case.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the information to fulfill orders, arrange for shipping, send invoices and/or order confirmations, answer questions, process returns, maintain business records, and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud. Device records support storefront operation, security, diagnostics, and aggregated performance understanding.
Where a lawful basis allows, contact and interaction information may support relevant communications or audience measurement. Marketing recipients can unsubscribe or withdraw applicable consent.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use Shopify to power our online store. Data needed for a task may be provided to services supporting hosting, checkout, payment, fraud screening, delivery, analytics, communications, and customer support. PayPal receives complete payment credentials; Vzno does not directly receive or store complete card numbers or security codes.
We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. Disclosure can also occur to meet a valid legal requirement, investigate misconduct, protect rights or safety, or complete a business change under appropriate controls.
BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING
Where permitted, site interactions may inform targeted advertising or measurement. Customers can use Google Ads Settings and the Digital Advertising Alliance choice page. Cookie restrictions may also be set through a browser or device.
YOUR RIGHTS
Rights can include access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent, depending on applicable law. Identity or an agent's authority may be verified before a protected record is released or changed, and lawful exceptions may apply.
For United States customers, requests are considered under applicable United States federal and state privacy laws. The Australian operator also applies the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles where relevant. These references do not narrow stronger non-waivable protections.
RECORD LIFE, PROTECTION AND LOCATION
Information is retained for periods reasonably connected to order service, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal duties. We use administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards proportionate to the record and risk, while recognizing that internet transmission is not absolutely secure.
Shopify and other providers may process information outside the customer's jurisdiction. Recognized contractual or legal safeguards are used where required for those transfers.
