Vzno delivers large dog beds to eligible United States street addresses. Because these products occupy more parcel space than small pet accessories, the order timeline below distinguishes preparation, carrier movement, and total estimated arrival.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Orders enter the day's queue at 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). After successful PayPal authorization, handling takes 1-3 Business Days, Monday-Friday. Carrier transit then takes an estimated 7-13 Business Days, Monday-Friday. The complete estimate is therefore 8-16 Business Days.

Business Days exclude weekends, public holidays, and published carrier closures. Address verification, payment review, or a requested customer correction can extend preparation until resolved. At dispatch, we compare the bed model and component count with the order, inspect the outer protection and label, and release the sealed parcel to its carrier.

SHIPPING COST

Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required. Standard delivery appears as $0.00 USD in checkout.

DELIVERY AREA

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

A complete street address should include the postal code and any necessary apartment, suite, gate, or unit information. If the entered location cannot be serviced or validated, support will request a correction before carrier handoff.

SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS

USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another established United States service may be selected according to parcel dimensions, destination, routing, and availability. A multi-item order can be split when different parcel routes are required; standard shipping remains free.

ORDER TRACKING

When the parcel leaves our handling process, the confirmation email states the assigned carrier and tracking number. Customers may use its link or enter that number on the carrier's official website.

If scans stop for an unusual period, damage is visible on delivery, or the status points to a different location, email info@vzno.shop with the order number, tracking details, and any relevant photographs. We will examine the record and coordinate the reasonable next step.
