Accessing vzno.shop or ordering from Vzno means agreeing to these Terms and the current policies linked from the storefront. Mandatory legal rights remain effective even where a provision below would otherwise suggest a narrower result.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
You confirm that you have reached the legal age or age of majority where you live, or that a responsible adult has permitted a dependent to use the site. No part of the service may be used for an illegal or unauthorized purpose. Malicious code, false identity, security interference, rights infringement, abusive communications, and unauthorized extraction of store content are prohibited.
Before ordering a large dog bed, review the outside footprint, resting-area dimensions, height, textile construction, side geometry, entry, cushion, supplied parts, and available room. Product dimensions do not imply suitability for every dog, breed, weight, mobility need, or medical condition.
SECTION 2 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Changes may also be made to unpurchased listings, future availability, navigation, or store services.
Paid order prices are protected by law. Vzno will not unilaterally increase the price of an accepted paid order before shipment. If a genuine stock, listing, or system error prevents fulfillment, we will contact the customer and present a lawful resolution, including cancellation and repayment where appropriate.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Customers must supply current, complete and accurate billing, delivery, email, and telephone information. We may pause an order while an address or transaction detail is confirmed.
Vzno can refuse, limit, or cancel an order reasonably connected to fraud, unauthorized payment, abusive use, resale patterns, or another high-risk indicator. Notice and any required refund will follow applicable law and the original payment channel.
PRODUCT CONTENT, CARE AND SITE MATERIAL
We aim to describe each bed objectively. Colour can vary with screen and room lighting. A delivered product that is incorrect, defective, or materially inconsistent with its listing can be reported under the Return & Refund Policy.
Website text, images, layout, graphics, and Vzno identifiers are owned by or licensed to APEX RETAIL PTY LTD. They may not be scraped, republished, sold, modified for commercial use, or presented as another business's work without permission. External providers remain subject to their own terms.
SECTION 4 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Nothing here excludes, limits, or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that the law does not permit us to exclude, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
